How to Get USA Parent Visa (IR-5 Visa)
In 2013, nearly a million people became legal permanent residents of the United States, many of whom would like to become US citizens some day. In the same year, according to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, 777,416 people (who had been legal permanent residents for at least five years) became naturalized US citizens. Many of those people have living parents back in their country of origin.
Visa the IR-5 Visa (the Parent Visa), a US citizen’s foreign parent can come to the US, receive a green card, and, if he or she would like, eventually become a US citizen.
If you are a US citizen, whether native-born or naturalized, you can petition for the IR-5 Visa to have your foreign parent join you in the United States. (A green card alone is not enough for you to serve as sponsor to file the petition for your parent’s visa.)

Worked with James and Cristina on buying first property in Colombia. They were very knowledgable in Colombia law and banking. They went the extra mile to guide us through transferring foreign funds, reviewing purchase documents, and explaining legal details. Invaluable, and in dual languages! Thanks to them the process was completed in less than one month!
I had James renew my US passport and all went well. I did not have to go to Bogota. I got a new passport in a little over 2 weeks. Highly reccomend.
This is a dependable and reliable legal and accounting service. For me, it was nice to give these sometimes hard tasks to skilled and trustworthy professionals. I'll be recommending them to my friends as well.
